Why did you choose to start a sign business with Yard Love?
I started around the time of my dad’s passing. I had taken care of him and then there was an empty spot, and I felt I needed to do something. I had called several companies, but it didn’t feel right until I found Yard Love. It was the best decision! It has helped me cope with the loss of my dad and meet so many people!
You’ve ordered several custom graphics. Which one is your favorite and why?
The custom graphics have all been special, but my favorite one is the highland cow. A little girl at church says I’m her best friend, so I needed to get my best friend her favorite animal. 😊 I like to get graphics that my customers want if they have given me enough time. I love seeing the smile on their faces on their special day!
What is a community event you’ve set up for and why was it special for you to be involved in it?
This event is for vendors who have small businesses. They come together once a month and I set two signs for the owner. I promote for the owner, and it also promotes my business. The best part is the friendships I have from these monthly events.
