24-Hour Rental Agreement:

• Payment must be received, and this agreement signed to save the date and confirm booking
• Please contact us for pricing, rush (within 48 hours) deliveries, holiday booking, or additional
phrases
• Yard Love Peninsula staff will deliver and set up the signs and return in 24 hours to remove and
pick up the signs from the same address they were delivered
• For your safety and the safety of others, please do not move or allow someone else to move the
signs
• If you are ordering a Yard Love greeting for a location that is not your home, please let someone
in that household or business know we will be setting up and returning to pick up the signs
• If you cannot easily place a pencil in the ground your yard is too hard to stake our signs
• Your lawn must be moist to place the sign in your yard properly, if it has not recently rained, we
ask that you water your lawn 2 hours prior to delivery
• Customer will be charged for damaged or missing signs and stakes
• Customer must ensure the homeowner turns off all sprinkler systems prior to delivery and set
up of the yard greeting and ensure they remain off until the signs are picked up
• Customer must ensure the homeowner notifies yard service companies and reschedule any yard
treatments or grass cutting until the yard greeting is removed by Yard Love Peninsula
• The yard signs have sharp edges, for your safety and the safety of guest and children living in or
visiting your home, please do not allow them to run around or play with or near the signs

Cancellation/Refund Policy

• Full refund with a 96-hour notice of cancellation or full credit for an available future date
• 50% refund for a 72-hour notice of cancellation or full credit for an available future date
• 25% refund for a 48-hour notice of cancellation or full credit for an available future date
• In the event of hazardous weather, Yard Love Peninsula reserves the right to reschedule your
Yard Love greeting or provide a full refund
• If we are unable to place the sign in your yard within 30 minutes due to ground conditions being
too hard, we will notify you and issue a refund minus the delivery fee and travel fee if applicable

Hold Harmless

I agree to hold harmless Yard Love Peninsula, LLC, and their representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, and losses as a result of the above stated rental agreement.
