All signs, stakes, lights are property of Yard Love Broward. Damaged or lost signs will be charged to the customer and payment will be enforced.
We ask that signs are kept in place for us to pick up in the same location. If you are ordering a Yard Love greeting for a location that is not your home, please let someone in that household or business know we will be setting up in their yard and returning in 24hrs to pick up. During summer months, it is helpful if the yard is softened by watering a few days in advance. For the safety of children, we ask that they do not run play around the signs due to them having sharp edges.
In order to properly place the greeting in your yard, the ground needs to be moist. If you cannot easily place a pencil in the ground then your yard is too hard to stake. If it has not recently rained, or you have not recently watered your grass, we ask that you please water the yard approximately one hour before we arrive. This makes it easier for us to gently place the greeting in your yard. If we are unable to place the sign in your yard, within 30 minutes, due to the ground being hard, we will have to issue a refund minus a $25 fee. Please ensure your yard is free of animal feces.

Cancelation/Refund Policy - if another vendor has already staked your yard, we will be unable to provide a refund.
97hr or more cancellation notice: Full refund less $25 fee or full credit for an available future date within the next 6 months
96hr or less cancellation notice: full credit for an available future date within the next 6 months
In the event of inclement weather, such as lightning, we may reschedule your Yard Love greeting or provide a full refund. Signs will not be put up in the event that your area is under a tropical storm or hurricane watch or warning. You will receive a full credit for an available future date within the next 6 months.
There will be no refunds for homeowners/business owners that request a sign to be taken down sooner than ordered. There will be no refunds for errors that occur on order submission.
Hold Harmless
I agree to hold harmless Your Lawn Limelite d/b/a Yard Love Broward LLC and their representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, and losses as a result of the above stated rental agreement.
