24-hour Rental Agreement
•Payment is required to save the date and confirm your booking
•Please contact us for pricing for rush (next day) delivery, holiday booking, or additional phrases
•We ask that you do not move the signs from their original location
•If you are ordering a Yard Love Greeting for a location that is not your home, please let someone in that household or business know that we will be setting up in their yard and returning to pick up within 24 hours
•Damaged or lost signs may be charged to the customer
•We ask that the yard be softened by watering within two days of setup
•For the safety of children, we ask that they not run/play around the signs due to them having sharp edges
•Help us share the Yard Love love. Please take pictures or videos and tag us in your post on Facebook and Google (Yard Love Lubbock)
•Enjoy your Yard Love Greeting and share with your friends!

Cancellation/Refund Policy
•Full refund with 96-hour cancellation notice or full credit for an available future date
•50% refund for 72-hour notice or full credit for an available future date
•25% refund for 48- hour notice or full credit for an available future date
•Full credit for an available future date with 24-hour cancellation notice
•In the event of bad weather, we may have to reschedule your Yard Love greeting
