24-Hour Rental Agreement

Payment is required to save the date and confirm booking. By paying, you agree to all of the terms and condition here-within.

Please contact us for pricing, rush (next day) deliveries, holiday booking, or additional phrases.

We ask that signs are kept in the same place and in the same condition as we assembled them. We will pick up at the same location.

If you are ordering a Yard Love greeting for a location that is not your home, please let someone in that household or business know we will be setting up in their yard and returning in 24hrs to pick up.

Damaged or lost signs will be charged to the customer.

During summer months, it is helpful if the yard is softened by watering a few days in advance. In order to properly place the greeting in your yard, the ground needs to be moist. If you cannot easily place a pencil in the ground then your yard is too hard to stake. If it has not recently rained, or you have not recently watered your grass, we ask that you please water the yard approximately one hour before we arrive. This makes it easier for us to gently place the greeting in your yard. If we are unable to place the sign in your yard within 30 minutes, due to the ground being hard, we will have to issue a refund minus a $25 fee.

Please ensure your yard is free of animal feces.

For the safety of children, we ask that they do not run or play around the signs due to them having sharp edges.

Cancellation/Refund Policy - if another vendor has already staked your yard, we will be unable to provide a refund.

Full refund within 96hr cancellation notice or full credit for an available future date.

50% refund for 72hr notice or full credit for an available future date.

25% refund for 48hrs notice or full credit for an available future date.

Full credit for an available future date with 24hr cancellation notice.

In the event of bad weather, we may have to reschedule your Yard Love greeting or provide a full refund.

Hold Harmless
I agree to hold harmless Yard Love Citrus, a DBA of In My Party Planning Era, LLC, and their representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, and losses as a result of the above stated rental agreement.
