By booking a Yard Love display, you agree to the following terms:

ORDERS & PAYMENTS
To secure your date, we recommend placing and paying for your order at least one week in advance.
For your security, payment information is not stored. We also offer Venmo as a convenient payment option.
Your booking includes delivery, setup, a 24-hour display, takedown, taxes, and all applicable fees.
Need a longer display? Extended rental time may be available upon request for an additional fee.
We’ll do our best to accommodate rush or same-day orders based on availability.
Orders placed within 24 hours will include a $25 rush fee
If we’re unable to fulfill a rush/same-day order, you will receive a full refund

If you're just outside these areas, feel free to reach out—we may still be able to help! A small travel fee may apply depending on distance.

We reserve the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.

SET UP & TAKE DOWN
Our displays are designed to be fun and memorable surprises!
If the greeting is being set up at a location other than your home, please be sure to notify the homeowner or business in advance of our arrival and removal.
For proper installation, the ground must be soft enough for staking.
Tip: If the ground is firm, please water the area about 2 hours before setup (you should be able to easily push a pencil into the ground).
For safety and to keep everything looking its best, we kindly ask that displays are not moved or adjusted. If you need assistance, just reach out—we’re happy to help!
To avoid damage:
Please do not mow or run sprinkler systems while the display is in place
You are responsible for any damage caused by lawn equipment, pets, or tampering
Damaged or missing items will be charged at replacement value
In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we may need to reschedule or remove displays early for safety.
If we’re unable to set up your display, we will either reschedule or provide a full refund.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
We understand that plans can change!
7+ days notice: Full refund OR full credit for a future date
48 hours–7 days notice: 50% refund OR full credit
Less than 48 hours notice: No refund

PHOTO USE
We love sharing the joy! Yard Love Howard County may take photos of your display for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
