PAYMENT
All requests are subject to availability.
Standard rentals are for a 24-hour display period and include set up and pick up. Additional rental days may be available upon request and are subject to availability and additional fees.
After submitting a request, you will be contacted by Yard Love Winter Springs.
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking. Bookings are confirmed only after scheduling and receipt of payment.
Payment is required at the time of scheduling and is necessary to secure your date on our calendar.
Payment information is not stored.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By submitting payment, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to all Yard Love Winter Springs Terms of Service. Payment serves as a binding agreement to these terms and conditions.
RUSH ORDERS
Rush (within 48 hours of rental) and same day orders will be accommodated based on available inventory, with the following conditions:
Rush fee of $20 will be applied
Orders placed within 24 hours of requested event day are not guaranteed
Order will be refunded if Yard Love Winter Springs is unable to complete the order
SET UP / PICK UP
We will set up either the night before the rental OR between 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM the day of the event, unless another time is confirmed prior to set up.
Unless otherwise confirmed, signs will be placed near the front of the location.
Placement approval is considered final once the display has been installed. Requests to relocate or substantially modify a display after installation may be accommodated based on availability and may incur an additional relocation fee.
During warm seasons, please cut your grass BEFORE set up.
During dry seasons, please water your lawn the day before delivery.
Please ensure the yard is clear of pet waste prior to installation.
Bring all pets inside prior to delivery.
Turn off sprinklers before delivery and during the display period.
Notify lawn service companies to avoid damage to signs.
Display will be picked up 24 hours after set up unless otherwise agreed.
ACCESS & DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the setup location.
If Yard Love Winter Springs is unable to complete installation due to:
Inaccessible property
Locked gates or incorrect access codes
Unsafe conditions (including loose pets)
Obstructions or unprepared lawn conditions
No refund will be issued.
IF RENTAL SET UP IS NOT AT YOUR HOME
The purchaser is responsible for communicating all Yard Love Winter Springs Terms and Conditions to the homeowner or business owner.
Notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the greeting within 24 hours so they can make arrangements.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If the homeowner, recipient, or business owner refuses the display at the time of delivery, no refund or credit will be issued.
By placing the order, the purchaser acknowledges that they are responsible for confirming that the recipient will accept the display.
Yard Love Winter Springs is not responsible for refusal of delivery for any reason.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Yard Love Winter Springs reserves the right to determine whether weather conditions are safe.
Rain alone does not automatically qualify as inclement weather.
If unsafe conditions occur, we may delay, reschedule, or cancel.
If installation has already occurred, no refunds will be issued due to weather. Displays may be removed early if conditions become unsafe.
Customer-requested cancellations due to weather do not qualify for refunds.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
You must cancel your booking at least 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery in order to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may not receive a refund but may receive a credit for future use.
No refunds will be issued for early removal or incorrect order information provided by the purchaser.
DAMAGE OR STOLEN PROPERTY
All signs remain the property of Yard Love Winter Springs.
Any damage or theft is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Do not move signs or attach items.
Customers may not relocate displays once installed. Unauthorized movement of signs may result in damage fees and/or additional service charges.
Cleaning fee minimum $25 if applicable.
Damage caused by third parties (lawn care, pets, etc.) is the purchaser’s responsibility.
The purchaser is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of signs from the time of delivery until removal, including but not limited to damage caused by lawn equipment, pets, children, guests, or tampering.
If signs are damaged or stolen, full replacement or repair costs will be charged.
Failure to remit payment may result in recovery of costs, including legal fees and/or involvement of local authorities.
RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
The purchaser accepts full responsibility for all items from delivery until removal.
Includes damage from lawn equipment, pets, children, weather movement, or tampering.
The purchaser agrees to take reasonable precautions to protect the display, including notifying lawn service providers, securing pets, and avoiding interference with the setup.
Full replacement or repair costs will be charged as needed.
GENERAL
All Yard Love Winter Springs greetings are meant to be pleasant and celebratory.
We reserve the right to decline orders that are inappropriate, controversial, or do not align with our business values.
A full refund will be issued if an order is declined.
