PAYMENT. Payment is due at time of booking and payment must clear prior to delivery
date/time.

DAMAGES. All signs, stakes, etc. remain the exclusive property of Yard Love Ormond Beach LLC. Damage and/or destruction is prohibited. Signs should not be moved once set. Do not mow or weed-eat around signs, as it will damage them. Do not allow children or pets to play/run around the signs (the stakes have sharp edges.) Should any damage occur, you are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter, and/or stake at full replacement value.

GREETING SET-UP/TAKE-DOWN. The greeting rental will be delivered on the night before your event date unless other arrangements have been made. All Yard Love greeting rentals are typically delivered and set up after dark and removed the following evening unless other arrangements have been made. All prices include delivery, set up and take down of the yard greeting rental. Greetings will remain for up to 24-hours. Additional day requests are subject to availability at an additional fee.

All Yard Love greetings are meant to be pleasant surprises. If you are ordering a Yard Love greeting for a location that is not your home, please let someone in that household or business know we will be setting up the signs in their yard and returning in 24 hours to pick up the signs.

Please remember to:
• turn off sprinklers during the time of set-up and pick up of the yard sign greetings
• notify and reschedule any lawn maintenance or yard treatments while signs are displayed in the yard
• pick up yard debris and pet feces

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY. In the event that you need to cancel your order 72 hours prior to the day of delivery, you will be issued a full refund. Any cancellations with less than a 72-hour notice, will receive a full credit toward any available future booking. We will not refund payment if customer/homeowner requests for rental signs to be removed. We will not refund payment for errors that occur on order submissions.

INCLEMENT WEATHER. If unsafe weather conditions are present that prevent safe set-up and/or take down, we will not be able to deliver your Yard Love greeting. In the event of prohibitive or inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting at a mutually acceptable time, a full refund will be honored.

PHOTOS/ADVERTISING/SOCIAL MEDIA. With the purchase of your Yard Love Rental you grant us permission to use the photo of your sign rental for purposes of marketing on our website and social media. Please let us know if you wish to opt out of our use of the image. RIGHT OF REFUSAL. Yard Love Ormond Beach reserves the right to decline orders that are controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined for any of these reasons following payment, a full refund will be given. BOOKING ERRORS. Address errors on order submission will require a minimum $40 reset fee to move a sign to the correct location. Other errors (such as incorrect spelling or age) that require a correction may incur a travel charge of $20.

HOLD HARMLESS. I agree to hold harmless Yard Love Ormond Beach LLC and their representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, and losses as a result of the above stated rental agreement.
